Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at https://supportflow.ca, subscribing to any service plan, or deploying the SupportFlow AI widget, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

2. Description of Service

SupportFlow AI provides businesses with an autonomous 24/7 conversational concierge platform. Services include semantic knowledge retrieval (RAG via vector databases), real-time visitor inquiry responses, lead qualification intake, and instant email dispatch to staff.

3. Billing, Subscriptions & Merchant of Record

All subscription payments, digital orders, and invoicing for SupportFlow are processed through our authorized Merchant of Record, Creem (Creem.io). Creem manages global tax compliance, payment processing, and currency conversion.

  • Founding Partner Onboarding: A one-time setup fee of $749.00 USD covering custom knowledge vectorization, prompt calibration, and integration engineering.
  • Monthly Subscription: A recurring subscription fee of $299.00 USD billed every 30 days starting on your activation date.
  • Automated Renewals: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with no lock-in contracts by managing your subscription via the Creem customer portal or by notifying our support team at supportflowai81@gmail.com.

4. Refund & Guarantee Policy

We pride ourselves on white-glove onboarding. If our engineering team is unable to successfully configure, vectorize, and deliver your functional website embed snippet within fourteen (14) days of receiving your onboarding documents, you may request a 100% refund of your onboarding fee by emailing supportflowai81@gmail.com. Once active and deployed, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for partial months but may be canceled at any time.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) & Prohibited AI Uses

SupportFlow AI is engineered solely for legitimate business customer support, appointment scheduling, and customer service inquiries. To safeguard users and comply with global safety standards, subscribers are strictly prohibited from utilizing SupportFlow AI for any of the following activities:

🚨 Strict Prohibited Use Cases:

  • Illegal Activities & Fraud: Deceptive practices, pyramid schemes, phishing, credit card fraud, counterfeit goods, or the sale of weapons or illegal controlled substances.
  • Medical Diagnosis & Emergency Advice: Providing definitive clinical medical diagnosis, prescribing medications, or directing acute medical emergencies without direct licensed physician oversight. (Medical and dental practices must maintain disclaimers directing patients with emergencies to dial 911 or visit an urgent care facility).
  • Unlicensed Financial or Legal Counsel: Offering regulated legal counsel, fiduciary investment recommendations, or tax advice without certified regulatory licensure.
  • Hate Speech, Harassment & Defamation: Generating content that promotes discrimination, harassment, threats, defamation, self-harm, or sexually explicit/adult material.
  • Spam & Unsolicited Telemarketing: Sending automated mass unsolicited messages or harvesting visitor contact information without appropriate consent.
  • Prompt Injection & Exploitation: Attempting to reverse-engineer, jailbreak, scrape, extract proprietary prompts, or inject malicious instructions into underlying AI models.

SupportFlow reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates this Acceptable Use Policy without notice or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Subscribers retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over all uploaded business documents, logos, trademarks, and proprietary knowledge bases provided to SupportFlow. SupportFlow retains all ownership rights in its software, proprietary algorithms, widget code, and user interfaces.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

SupportFlow AI is an automated artificial intelligence communication aid. While our platform incorporates strict guardrails and verification prompts, subscribers acknowledge that artificial intelligence outputs may occasionally contain discrepancies. Subscribers remain ultimately responsible for supervising and maintaining the operational accuracy of their public customer communications.
